A man has appeared in court accused of raping a woman in Ayr, who was later found dead in her home.
Kirsty Robertson’s body was discovered on Sunday 20th October. A police investigation was launched, and the 29-year-old’s death is currently being treated as unexplained.
It’s now emerged 29-year-old David Hose appeared at Ayr Sheriff Court on November 4th in connection with the alleged serious sexual assault of mum of two Kirsty in October. He made no plea and was granted bail. No further court date has been set.
