Men appear in court charged with murder of Scottish woman in Mauritius

Two men have appeared in court in connection with the murder of a Scottish woman in Mauritius.

47 year old Janice Farman was allegedly smothered during a robbery in her home in the town of Albion on the island.

Two 25 year old's who live 9 miles away in Quatre Borne appeared in court today to face murder charges and were remanded in custody.

Janice's ten-year-old son, who is autistic and is said to have witnessed the attack, remains under the care of child services
