"We would encourage any member of the public who is experiencing addiction issues to make contact with our Addiction Services teams in East, North and South."

Police are also urging anyone who has taken a white powder, and is encountering any of these difficulties to call for an ambulance immediately using 999.

They’re also encouraging people to be as honest as possible about what may have been taken, to help emergency services provide the best care possible.
