Storm Barra: Ferry and train services cancelled ahead of severe weather
Met Office weather warnings are in force

Storm Barra will hit the Scotland with disruptive winds, heavy rain and snow on Tuesday, with travel disruption expected across the west.
Weather warnings for snow, ice, rain and wind have been issued as Storm Barra sweeps in from the Atlantic.
Blizzards and snowfall of up to 20cm are also predicted, causing treacherous conditions on roads at higher altitudes, the Met Office said.
Met Office meteorologist Aidan McGivern said Storm Barra's wind gusts and impacts "will be a notch down compared to Arwen", which led to widespread power cuts on November 26 - some of which have not yet been restored.
There are concerns that gale-force winds on Tuesday could make it more difficult for engineers to reconnect homes, though spokesman Stephen Dixon said winds would "gradually weaken" as they move east and should have petered out by Thursday.
In response to the severe forcast, Scotrail have announced they will reduce the number of trains running from Tuesday afternoon.
Ferry and rail services cancelled
Calmac has cancelled sailings from the Isle of Arran to Ayrshire for the remainder of the day and is warning of a high chance of disruption on its services between Largs and Cumbrae.
Scotrail has taken the precautionary step of cancelling trains between Stranraer and Girvan all day.
On the east coast many trains are being cancelled on the line between Dundee and Aberdeen, and also from Aberdeen to Inverness.
