Queen share moving video to celebrate Freddie Mercury's birthday

Despite it being more than 30 years since Freddie Mercury passed away, that doesn't stop the remaining members of Queen remembering and celebrating their bandmate, especially on occasions such as his birthday.
Remembering Freddie, on what would have been his 76th birthday, Queen have posted a moving video of the singer, including an interview with Freddie, where he opens up about his performances, along with clips of him singing.
"Maybe I'm a very tragic person, I don't know why," he says in the interview, continuing: "But there's an element of humour at the end.
"So that's basically what my songs are all about, I like to enjoy myself and what better way to do it than on stage in front of 300,000 people. I also want everyone to have a good time and just forget their problems and just let themselves go for a little while.
"I'm possessed by love, isn't everyone though?"
He finished: "I’ll always walk around like a Persian popinjay and no one’s going to stop me, honey!"
Since the band posted the video, fans have been commenting on Instagram. One wrote: 'Happy Birthday Legend 💚', another said: 'Happy birthday LEGEND!!!! 🥳🤩😍❤️❤️', with a third saying: 'happy birthday Freddie❤️❤️❤️ I love you so much!!' (sic)
As many fans will know, after Freddie's death in 1991, Queen held a gig in 1992 in memory of the singer. The gig saw artists such as Sir Elton John, George Michael, David Bowie, Guns 'n' Roses, and Dep Leppard come together.
Brian May reflected on that gig in an Instagram post earlier today (5th September), after taking part in the Taylor Hawkins tribute gig which took place at the weekend, he wrote: 'SWIPE to see how this moment looked from where I sat - on the same spot from which we said goodbye to Freddie in 1992 - 20 years ago. Too many emotions for my brain to handle. Photo by P. Malandrone. Bri'. (sic)
Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins sadly died earlier this year, and a tribute concert was held at Wembley Stadium over the weekend, where the band were joined by the likes of Sir Paul McCartney, Queen and AC/DC.
