Love Island's Chris Hughes 'joins' Little Mix as Jade Thirlwall falls ill

Since Little Mix girls Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock announced they'd be doing another tour in 2019, fans across the country have been bursting with excitement for it to land in the UK.
Now, after months of waiting, the girls finally kick-started their 'LM5 Tour' last night (Sunday 6th October) as they took to the stage in Belfast!
However, after visiting her family over the weekend, Jade picked up a horrible head cold, meaning she wasn't fit enough to take part in the sound check. But not to worry, Jesy's boyfriend, Love Island star Chris Hughes, was quick to step in.
Chris, who recently vowed to marry and have children with Jesy, posted a video of himself on a raised platform, as the girls performed their track 'Told You So'.
He wrote, 'Sound check ahead of tonight’s show. Stepping in for our Jade 👍🏼 onto the next #LM5'. sic
The former Love Island star later shared another post, this time a photo of himself from a distance, jokingly writing, 'Dreams do come true'. sic
Luckily for Little Mix fans, Jade was able to recover in time for show time, with the Little Mix girls putting on an amazing show for fans.
Jade, Jesy, Perrie and Leigh-Anne will perform in Dublin this week, before moving onto Glasgow, Liverpool, Newcastle, Manchester, Sheffield, London, Birmingham and Nottingham later in the month.
