Shawn Mendes announces Netflix Original documentary In Wonder
It's out next month
Shawn Mendes returned with his amazing single 'Wonder' recently, which we're playing on Hits Radio. The song will be featured on his upcoming album of the same name, and now the Canadian singer has revealed he's the subject of a brand new Netflix Original documentary called In Wonder.
Taking to his socials, Shawn revealed the release date saying, 'Been working on this documentary for so long & am so excited to finally share it with you all #InWonder Nov 23rd on @netflixfilm 🖤🖤🖤'.
This feature-length documentary, made over a number of years, follows the pop star and is described as a 'portrait of Shawn's life, chronicling the past few years of his rise and journey.'
The singer is known for a number of very successful songs including 'Stitches', 'There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back', and of course last year's steamy hit 'Señorita', which was a collab with his girlfriend Camila Cabello.
This announcement comes just a couple of weeks after Shawn joined Hits Radio Breakfast's Fleur East on her Saturday Morning Show, when he revealed he and Camila Cabello have binge-watched SEVEN series of The Great British Bake Off!
"Camila and I, we've been watching seven seasons of The Great British Baking Show," Shawn said, going on to explain that in the US and Canada the show has a different name. He also told how the couple have been baking TONNES of banana bread!
During the interview, Fleur was keen to talk about his music video saying the incredible video was like a movie, which led her onto asking the singer who Disney character he would like to play.
"I don't know how this doesn't come across in some self-obsessed conceited way, but it would be Tarzan!" Shawn revealed.
