Irish group The Script have been one of the most-loved bands since they first arrived on the scene way back in 2007, so it's no real surprise excitement was through the roof that they were performing at Hits Live Liverpool on Friday 19th November.

The popular band, made up of Danny O'Donoghue, Mark Sheehan and Glen Power, took to the stage at the M&S Bank Arena Liverpool alongside Ed Sheeran, Mabel, Ella Henderson, Joel Corry, Becky Hill, Tom Grennan and Mimi Webb.

Before taking to the stage to perform some of their biggest hits, The Script chatted to Fleur East, James and Matt backstage where they announced they'd LOVE for one of them to perform with them!

After seeing Coldplay's Chris Martin ask our very own Fleur to join the band on stage last month, Danny was also very keen to lend a hand of Fleur's amazing vocals for their hit track 'Hall Of Fame', an offer she just couldn't refuse!

However, in true James and Matt style, the pair also confessed their 'singing talents' in an attempt to get an invite up on stage, leading Danny to ask the boys to audition... And as you can imagine, it led to a MUST SEE moment 🙈.

After forming in 2007, The Script went on to release a massive six studio albums, including their latest greatest hits album 'Tales From The Script', which landed in October compiling all of the biggest hits and fan favourites from their six albums so far.

The band also delighted fans earlier this year by announcing a mammoth 2022 Greatest Hits Tour, where they will play dates at venues in Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester, Cardiff, Nottingham, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Newcastle, Brighton, Bournemouth, Sheffield, Birmingham and London.
