Netflix estate-agent drama Selling Sunset released the fourth season back in November and if you’ve binged the whole lot already you’re in for a treat – as the fifth season is on its way!

The release date for Selling Sunset season five is yet to be released, but show star Mary Fitzgerald has taken to social media to tell fans that they have officially wrapped filming.

Sharing a post of herself ringing the huge office bell, Mary wrote: ‘Lots of 🔔🔔🔔 today because we are officially wrapped with Season 5!🤩’

Her co-star Chrishell Stause also celebrated the end of filming, sharing snaps of herself and Mary on set with the caption: ‘Putting a bow on season 5 of #SellingSunset with the fam. 💕 Lucky to get to do what I love with the ones I love!’

Chrishell recently offered an update on the new series, hinting that we won’t have to wait very long.

After a fan wrote in her comments: 'They should just release season 5 already, so you guys can start filming season 6-10 lol.'

Chrishell then responded, writing: 'Season 5 won't be too long of a wait! We just wrapped filming!'

Netflix first confirmed a fifth series of Selling Sunset back in March 2021, announcing that the hit docusoap had been renewed for two new seasons and it looks like season 4 and 5 were filmed at the same time.

In other Selling Sunset news, show star Christine Quinn recently revealed that she thinks there is ‘favouritism’ in the show’s edit.

Speaking about being branded the ‘bad guy’ in the current season, she told E!’s Daily Pop: "I really loved it at first and I was embracing it because I love to put on a show and be a character. It’s so fun for me.

"However I was hoping that there would be multiple sides that would be shown – my vulnerability, different things.

“But throughout the seasons it just seemed to be this one note consistency of my character portrayal so it was hard for me, especially as I was going through a lot this season."
