We hate repeats. That's why we've committed to never repeat a song on Absolute Radio between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. That way you can get through your workday without the same song drilling into your brain.

Absolute Radio reserves the right to withdraw the No Repeat Guarantee feature (across the Absolute Radio Network) in the light of a breaking news event, following the death of a significant public figure, during the Christmas holiday season or when experiencing technical difficulties.
Oh, and also if England win the Euros, World Cup or other sporting event and we want to play '3 Lions' over and over because, let's face it, we don't get the chance very often!
The No Repeat Guarantee doesn't apply if you're listening to shows on-demand via the app or online, or outside of linear broadcast.
