Greigsy has worked in radio now since 1992. He LOVES his job “I’m being paid to do something that is my actual hobby!” he says, “I love music and love chatting to people – perfect job then!”

Born in Aberdeen, he used to work for a few local newspapers before he started presenting. His job was to edit pictures, often to remove anything offensive.

In his spare time, Greigsy loves watching movies with his lovely wife and two children. He considers becoming a Dad to be one of his biggest achievements. He’s still working on ticking world domination off of his list though!

Q1: What’s your Karaoke song of choice?

A1: “’New York, New York’ or ‘Delilah!’”

Q2: If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

A2: “Massive Attack ‘Unfinished Sympathy’ or The Source ‘You Got The Love’.”

Q3: Describe yourself in three words.

A3: “At The Bar.”

Q4: Do you have any strange rituals which you carry out before you start your show?

A4: “Usually kicking the equipment to get it going and then the world’s biggest coffee!”

Q5: Why did you choose to be a radio DJ/presenter?

A5: “My dad did it – I’m a second generation DJ.”
