Cash for Kids are very excited to be the nominated Community Impact Partner of the County Down Scouts!
There are three Scout Districts in County Down - North Down, Strangford and South Down. At their last census they had a membership of over 2800 members spread over 34 groups and the different age sections.
Every section has different activities; meeting at different times and in different places. There’s always something different, exciting and new going on. They strive to change lives by offering 6 to 25 year olds fun and challenging activities, unique experiences, everyday adventure and the chance to help others so that they make a positive impact in communities.
County Down Scouts are getting involved in loads of upcoming Cash for Kids events, and plan to organise their own, so keep an eye out here for what is on the way!

At the centenary Cubs 100 camp, 400 Cubs gathered for a fun-filled weekend and raised an amazing £1000 for Cash for Kids. Courage also went along to Camp and had an absolute blast and even got awarded his own Scouts scarf when he said his promise!
