Geri Horner has announced she's expecting her second child
The former Spice Girl announced the news across social media.
The former Spice Girl Geri Horner (née Halliwell) has announced across social media that she is pregnant.
Yesterday Geri tweeted just a smilie emoji, which kept fans guessing why she was so happy for over 24 hours.
However today all has been revealed across Twitter and Instagram simultaneously.
Taking a line from her 2001 hit 'Raining Men' her tweet simply said "God bless Mother Nature #mamaspice" with an image saying the same, however it was her Instagram post that gave a little more information, with a simple sketch of a pregnant #mamaspice.
Indeed an official statement from the singer's team has confirmed that the couple are expecting.
As soon as the news broke loads of messages of congratulations have come in across social media from fans, however official messages have yet to come from the other former Spice Girls.
This will be Geri's second child, her first with her husband Christian Horner who is Team Principal of the Red Bull Racing Formula One team.
Both Geri and Christian have daughters from previous relationships and Geri has spoken about getting pregnant in the past, "if it happens it happens and that will be amazing. But we are already blessed with two girls," she said.
The 44-year-old singer married Christian in 2015 after announcing their engagement in November 2014 having dated for six months.
