Reality TV star Courtney Stodden suffers a miscarriage at three months
She is married to actor Doug Hutchison.
In a statement made by her rep to People magazine Courtney Stodden is said to have suffered a miscarriage at around three months.
'Courtney and her husband, Doug, are at an emotional loss for words and are using this time to grieve with their close family and friends,' the statement read.
'Please respect their privacy as the couple try to cope with losing their precious baby and seek the support they both need.'
The 21-year-old model also posted on Twitter and Instagram a message saying,
'Babies lost in the womb were NEVER touched by fear, they were NEVER cold, NEVER hungry, NEVER alone, & importantly ALWAYS knew love'.
Courtney and her husband Doug Hutchison announced her pregnancy in May this year posting a video of them telling Doug's mum on Instagram.
The reality TV star had also been documenting her pregnancy on social media posting regular photos of her bump.
Courtney rose to fame when at the age of 16 she married Doug Hutchison, 34 years her senior, after meeting The Green Mile actor at an internet acting workshop he was running.
In 2012 the couple appeared on the VH1 reality television series Couples Therapy and Courtney also appeared in the UK Celebrity Big Brother in 2013, but was evicted on Day 21.
