Scarlett Moffatt says that she was 'miserable' after losing weight for her DVD

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here winner Scarlett Moffatt has admitted that her life was 'miserable' after she lost three stone for a workout DVD back in 2016.
She made the comments while being interviewed by her 11-year-old sister Ava at her hour-long talk at the Glamour Beauty Festival in London.
In the interview she is reported to have said that when she came out of the I'm a Celebrity jungle she felt she had to look a certain way. She went on to explain how she wanted to try and get out of the stereotypical 'Geordie girl' and stop wearing fake tan and WAG dresses. But, she revealed she was really miserable with these changes and liked to be "orange" and have huge eyelashes.
After winning I'm A Celebrity in 2016 Scarlett released her SuperSlim Me Plan DVD on Boxing Day 2016, and it has now sold 60,000 copies since its release.
She has claimed to have gone from a size 18 to a size 8 by sticking to a 1,200 calorie diet and rigorous exercise.
Its tagline was, 'If I can do it, a professional couch potato, then you can too. With the help of . . . this cunning plan.'
However, Scarlett is now currently facing controversy after a report claimed that she secretly endured a grueling boot camp and went on a crash diet of 700 calories per day, rather than sticking to her plan on her DVD.
