This hot weather definitely has its perks – the beer gardens are full of life, weeknights are spent at the beach, and everyone seems a lot happier.

With temperatures continuing to soar this week across Northern Ireland, it looks like embarrassing sweat patches are this season's hottest trend.

When it comes to handling the heat, us ladies have a few tricks up our sleeves, we're talking setting sprays, chafing balms and smartphone fans. We're always on the hunt for innovative ways to cool down.

Let us introduce you to freezeable underwear 🤯

Bra coolers are the future, they're described as incredibly discreet, comfortable, and extremely cooling. We'll take them all thanks!

The cooling packs freeze solid at a comfy temperature of 14.4°C, so they can be frozen in a freezer, refrigerator, or even a cooler of ice water.

They come in a variety of sizes, cups above D get a double set whereas A, B, and C cups only need a single. You can shop online via polarproducts.com

Not to leave the men sitting sweating, over on Amazon a brand called Snowballs Underwear is selling "scientifically-backed cooling underwear."

They come fitted with freezable wedges that slip into a pair of boxer shorts that will help keep things cool below the belt.

They should stay cool for approx 30 minutes, before you need to pop them back into the freezer.

If you are desperate enough to try something like this out, please make sure you clean the reusable cups/packs before refreezing. No one wants that chilling in their freezer all night long.
