Jonas Brothers post-pone first Belfast show

It looks like JoBro fans are going to have to wait 'a little bit longer' to see Kevin, Joe and Nick in Belfast this year.

The trio were originally scheduled to perform THE TOUR in Belfast's SSE Arena on June 20th, however the date has now been moved to September 9th 2024.

It looks like their London, Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester dates have all been rescheduled for September.

The band shared a selfie video on social media this evening explaining exciting projects coming up have led to the shuffling of dates

The post reads: "Europe!! We’re shifting our upcoming shows to later this year. We appreciate your love and support so much. We know this is a bit inconvenient but we can’t wait to share more about what’s coming 😏"

Five albums, three marriages and five kids later, the trio are set to perform their greatest hits throughout the years on this tour.

The band's first album 'It's About Time' was released on 8th August 2006, spawning singles 'Mandy' and two covers of songs by Busted - 'What I Go to School For' and 'Year 3000', as well as 'Time for Me to Fly' which appeared on the soundtrack of 2006 film Aquamarine.

Second album 'Jonas Brothers' was released in 2007 with singles 'Hold On', 'S.O.S' and 'When You Look Me in the Eyes'. The album peaked at Number 5 in the US and Number 9 in the UK, also being certified Gold in the UK.

The brothers released third album 'A Little Bit Longer' just one year later in 2008, containing singles 'Burnin' Up', 'Lovebug' and 'Tonight'. It peaked at Number 1 in the US, but only reached Number 19 in the UK - although it was also certified Gold.

The Jonas Brothers' fourth album 'Lines, Vines and Trying Times' was released a year later in 2009, spawning singles 'Paranoid' and 'Fly With Me'. It also peaked at Number 1 in the US and reached Number 9 in the UK. This was their last album before the hiatus.

Their latest full-length record The Album, was released on May 12, 2023 and launched a new era for the band. The Album includes their latest hit singles “Waffle House,” and “Wings.”

All previously purchased tickets will be honoured for the new date and it looks like tickets for the show, now in September, are still available to purchase from Ticketmaster.ie
