Taylor Swift brings her highly anticipated Reputation Stadium Tour to Croke Park, Dublin this weekend with very special guests, Camila Cabello & Charlie XCX.

Q: What are the opening times of the venue on the day?

The following times are for each individual show;

Friday 15th June – Gates 5:45pm

Saturday 16th June– Gates 5:45pm

PLEASE NOTE: No queuing will be permitted prior to gates opening

Q: Are there any age restrictions?

All under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 who will remain with them and take full responsibility for them for the duration of the concert. One adult can accompany up to 4 children. Under 14’s are NOT allowed on the standing area either accompanied or unaccompanied. Under 16’s MUST be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.

Q: Will there be parking available on the day of the concert at the Stadium for the public?

All event goers are encouraged to use public transport options – Bus, Rail, DART and LUAS, which all bring you to within 15minutes’ walk, or less, from the stadium.

Translink are operating special bus and rail shuttle services to and from the concert.

There will be no parking available in the areas in the immediate vicinity around the Stadium as the roads will be closed around the stadium.

There are several car parks in the vicinity of Croke Park:

Clonliffe College, Q-Park Clerys, Marlborough St., Dublin 1, Mater Hospital Car Park, Park Rite Parnell, Park Rite Fleet Street, Park Rite Arnott’, Park Rite IFSC.

Q: What items are not allowed?

There will be no cloakroom or storage facilities on site.

If you are bringing personal bag, purses or clutch bag, you should only bring those of smaller sizes i.e. those measuring 4.5in/11.4cm x 6.5in/16.51cm or smaller will be allowed.

Patrons are not permitted to bring Alcohol/ Food/beverages into the event.

Q. Will I be able to purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert?

Yes, there will be a wide range of food and beverages available to buy.

Please note: Alcohol will only be available to purchase for adults aged 18 and over, you will be required to provide photo ID as proof of age.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks into the Venue?

No, but if any customers suffer from a condition that may require specific dietary requirements, please email customercare@mcd.ie.

Q: Will there be access cash facilities?

There will be limited access to an ATM(s) in the concert grounds. ATM facilities are available on Premium level & at the GAA Museum.

Q: Where will the stage be located?

Please refer to the map, located on the Ticketmaster website. The stage will be located at to the north of the stadium.

Q: What should I wear based on expected weather?

Please consult weather forecast and dress appropriately. Please be advised that umbrellas are not allowed as they are prohibited items. The concert will take place rain or shine

Q: I have a Ticket query. What should I do?

Ticketmaster are the Ticketing agent for this event, please contact Ticketmaster directly via the ask a question tab on www.ticketmaster.ie.

Q: I am a wheelchair user and would like to attend but do not have a wheelchair accessible ticket. Will there be a designated area for wheelchair users at the concert?

Yes, there will be purpose built raised wheelchair platforms in the venue for these events.

Please contact Ticketmaster on 0818 903001 to enquire regarding wheelchair accessible tickets in advance of attending. Please note there is a capacity limit and the platform operates a strict 1+1 Policy.

Q: My circumstances have changed since I purchased my ticket and I am now a wheelchair user. What should I do?

Contact Ticketmaster Customer Services and they will be happy to assist.

Ticketmaster may try to exchange your ticket for a seated area, subject to availability. Please contact Ticketmaster on 0818 903001 prior to arriving.

Q: Will there be any facilities for me/my child to queue early at the venue?

Early queuing is STRICTLY not permitted at the venue. Please note if you arrive early you will be turned away it is a residential area and fans are requested to please respect the local residents and to not make any early queuing plan.
