Man treated in hospital following Coleraine fire

A man has required hospital treatment for smoke inhalation following an arson attack in Coleraine.

Police say they received a report just after half past eight last night that a house was alight in the Laburnum Place area.

The man - who was at the scene - but inside the property - was tended to.

Police believe the fire began in the living room area.
