Joe Schmidt's men had been due to give fans the chance to see their recently collect silverware for the first time at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin at 4.30pm on Sunday.

However, with snowy and icy conditions causing major travel disruption in various parts of the UK, that event has now had to be cancelled.

Rory Best captained Ireland to a 24-15 victory at Twickenham on Saturday.

It wrapped up the Six Nations title and a first Grand Slam since 2009.

It's not yet known when another event to mark the triumph will be held.
