After weeks of glorious sunshine, there are signs the good weather is set to break next week.

The good news is there will still be some BBQ weather to enjoy this weekend, with temperatures reaching the low twenties, for some.

A Met Office weather warning for rain has been issued for Northern Ireland with slow-moving heavy thunderstorms developing during Saturday afternoon. Showers will be localised and short-lived, but could cause some disruption. Sunday is looking like the best day of the weekend.

From Wednesday onward, as the jet stream moves south, more changeable conditions will sweep in from the Atlantic with low pressure dominating, bringing with it cooler and breezier conditions.

Enjoy the last of the good weather, at least the farmers will be happy.
