A wet and cold Easter is on the cards for much of Northern Ireland.

The Met Office has warned conditions over the bank holiday weekend are likely to be “unsettled and cold”.

It is expected to be a bitterly cold, with the possibility of snow across higher ground.

Forecasters predict heavy rain is to fall over the long weekend with a yellow warning in force for Easter Monday.

The good news is there isn't going to be a 'Beast from the East part three'.

Sunday is looking like the best day for the outdoors.
