Ballymena United are into the Irish Cup Final after shocking Larne 2-0 in Friday night's first semi-final at Seaview.

Craig Farquhar broke the deadlock just over 20 minutes from time when he headed home from Ross Redman's corner.

Dougie Wilson's superb 83rd minute free-kick completed the win.

It is a third final in four years for David Jeffrey's side.

They go through to the May 7th final against holders Crusaders.

Declan Caddell scored the only goal of Saturday afternoon's second semi-final in stoppage time at the end of the match.

It is a repeat of the 2022 final.

There was one Irish Premiership game on Saturday, with Jay Donnelly's hat-trick helping Glentoran ease past 10-man Portadown 5-1.
