Donegal booked their place in the Ulster Senior Football Championship final yesterday (Sunday) after a 2-16 to 0-16 win over Cavan.

It is the fourth time they have reached the showpiece in five years.

In a closely-fought game it was Declan Bonner's side who eventually came out top at St Tiernach's Park, Clones.

Second-half goals from Conor O'Donnell and Paddy McBrearty (main pic) helped seal the victory.

They will now play either Monaghan or Derry who face each other in the second semi this weeekend.
