Ever since she gave birth to her son back in August 2021, Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards hasn't been shy in showing him off to the world, revealing herself and her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain chose the adorable name of Axel.
As Perrie prepares to release her debut solo album, which features the voice and heartbeat of her son Axel, we've decided to take a look back at the cutest snaps Perrie and Alex have uploaded of their little bundle of joy.

Perrie confirms the birth of her son
Taking to Instagram to announce she'd given birth, Perrie posted this adorable black and white snap with the caption: 'Welcome to the world baby 21/08/21 ♥️'.
Perrie teases fans with a cute hand upload
Despite not showing his face immediately after his birth, Perrie did tease fans with a number of cute photos of her son's hands, feet and ears. Including this one which was captioned with a love heart.
Perrie reveals her son's adorable name and shows his face for the first time
Two weeks after his birth, Perrie delighted fans by sharing this super cute photo of her son to Instagram, revealing she'd chosen the name Axel Oxlade-Chamberlain. She wrote: '2 weeks of loving you. I've never felt love like this before! Axel Oxlade-Chamberlain 💙'.
Alex proudly shows off his newborn son
Not long after Axel's birth, Perrie's fiancé Alex shared two black and white photos to show off his newborn, including this one which saw him softly kissing Axel on the forehead.
Axel enjoys his first holiday
In November 2021, baby Axel enjoyed his first holiday abroad when Perrie and Alex jetted off to Dubai. Already a style icon, Axel dubbed a super cute sun hat.
Axel jets off back to Dubai
Just a few months later, Perrie and Alex returned to Dubai with Axel, with Pez uploading a number of cute family photos in the UAE, including this one of them on the beach.
Axel enjoys a dip in the sea
During the same trip, proud dad Alex also posted a set of photos as he dipped his son's feet in the sea in front of Dubai's iconic Burj Al Arab.
Axel turns six-months-old
To celebrate six-months since he was born, in February 2022 Perrie shared this photo of her son holding up a card with the text 'Today I am 6 months old' to her Instagram Story'.
Axel goes on tour with Little Mix
Axel headed on tour with Perrie and his Little Mix aunties Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock as the band embarked on their 'Confetti' tour around the UK. Perrie uploaded a number of photos of Axel backstage, as well as the most heartwarming video of him watching his mum on stage.
Axel turns one
Axel celebrated his first birthday on Sunday 21st August 2022, with Perrie and Alex throwing him a dinosaur themed party!
Perrie shared the most adorable Instagram Reel to celebrate her son's first birthday, writing: 'A whole year of Axel. Memories to cherish forever. I love you my absolute joy, you'll always be my baby boy!' (sic)
Axel enjoys Autumn
As Autumn 2022 arrived, Perrie posted a series of snaps in her garden alongside Axel, who was wearing a cosy hoodie and little trainers as he walked around.
Axel enjoys his first Halloween in 2022
Experiencing his first Halloween, Perrie and Alex dressed Axel up in the most amazing pumpkin outfit as they went pumpkin picking. Alongside the snaps, Pez wrote on Instagram: 'Pumpkin patch with our icle Pumpkin 🎃'.
Axel returns to Dubai for more family memories
Just before Christmas in 2022, Perrie and Alex once again took a trip to Dubai with their son, who enjoyed the funfair and posed for photos with his mum and dad. Perrie told fans: 'Memories with my little family'.
Axel experiences snow for the first time
During the cold stint in mid-December 2022, Perrie uploaded the cutest video of Axel as he witnessed snow for the first time. Within the video was this photo of Axel wrapped up warm ready to play in his snow suit, hat and mittens.
Axel enjoys Christmas 2022
Melting the hearts of her fans over the festive period, Perrie uploaded this family photo in front of the Christmas tree as they spent the day together! Axel can be seen smiling at the camera, enjoying his Christmas dinner and sitting in a sleigh in the shots uploaded.
Axel heads to Santa Monica with Perrie and Auntie Jade
Perrie headed over to Santa Monica with Axel in February 2023, where she met up and hung out with Little Mix bestie Jade Thirlwall. Sharing a number of photos from their reunion, Pez told fans: 'Geordies in Santa Monica (a Sunday dinner in the red hot heat just screams Brits abroad)'. (sic)
Axel makes the most of 'golden hour'
In July 2023, Perrie shared a number of photos alongside Axel as the pair enjoyed the sun on holiday. She wrote: 'Sunshine and family ☀️'.
Axel shows he's a cool dude
Just days later, Perrie gifted fans with even more photos alongside her son on holiday, including this one where he's rocking some super cool aviator sunglasses.
Axel photobombs his mum
Joking with fans, Perrie posted an 'Instagram Vs Reality' upload on social media, which showed Axel hilariously photobombing his mum with his Nemo inflatable as she tried to get a photo of herself.
Axel celebrates Perrie's 30th birthday
Axel was smart as a dart as he attended his mum's 30th birthday party in July 2023, posing alongside his mum and dad in front of decorative balloon. Perrie uploaded a number of photos from the event, with the caption: 'So this is Thirty, Flirty, and Thriving?! Thank you so much for all the birthday love & wishes! Feeling so blessed and content at 30!🥰'.
Axel's second birthday
Axel celebrated his second birthday in August 2023! Perrie shared these gorgeous snaps of her boy alongside the lovely caption: 'Happy birthday to my darling Axel! 2 ALREADY! I don't think I could have ever dreamt up something as wonderful and perfect as you. You've completely changed my life for the better! My funny, cheeky, intelligent, gorgeous bubba! I love you so so much!'
Axel and Perrie get into the Halloween spirit
For Halloween 2023, Perrie and Axel dressed up as characters from popular Disney Pixar movie Ratatouille. Whilst Perrie was chef Alfredo Linguini, Axel was adorable as Remy the rat.

At the start of December 2023, Perrie uploaded an Instagram Reel which featured highlights of a Christmas day out around London with Axel. The pair went to see Little Mix's waxworks at Madame Tussauds, before heading to Winter Wonderland for some festive fun!
