British pop stars James Arthur and Anne-Marie dropped their rendition of 'Rewrite The Stars' from The Greatest Showman earlier this month, so when James joined us for a chat backstage at Hits Radio Live on Sunday 25th November, we just had to ask him about the amazing collaboration.

Speaking to Hits Radio presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford, James revealed how 'down to earth' Anne-Marie is, with James admitting she pretty much choreographed him when the pair were shooting the incredible video.

He said, "We tried to re-enact the whole walk in on the film and ballroom dance, and I can't do any of that sort of stuff so she was trying to teach me. She was wicked, salt of the earth, a really down to earth person."

Aww! ❤️

The music video for 'Rewrite The Stars', which was originally sung by Zac Efron and Zendaya for the film, sees the two British pop stars having their own take on the song, whilst staying true to its origins. The video features the pair singing together, whilst clips of dancers are interspersed.

Meanwhile, fans of the pair are in for an almighty treat at the weekend as it's being reported that both James and Anne-Marie will attend The X Factor final, performing their rendition of 'Rewrite The Stars' for the first time.

As well as this massive hit, Middlesbrough born singer James, who won The X Factor back in 2012, has also released a number of other songs over the last year, including the amazing 'Empty Space', which features Harry Potter actor Tom Felton in the video.

With The X Factor final set to take place on Saturday 1st December, we asked James backstage at Hits Radio Live what advice he'd give to this year's finalists. He told Sarah-Jane, although they are very 'cliché', you should 'be yourself' and 'follow your heart'. The singer also revealed he's still in contact with his X Factor buddy Jahméne Douglas.
