Ghost premiere macabre video for new song, 'Hunter's Moon'
It's lifted from the horror movie Halloween Kills
Mysterious Swedish metallers Ghost have unleashed their first new song in two years, ‘Hunter’s Moon.’
Produced by Klas Åhlund and mixed by Andy Wallace, ‘Hunter’s Moon’ is lifted from the soundtrack to upcoming Halloween sequel, Halloween Kills, which hits UK cinemas on Friday 15th October.
In keeping with the Michael Myers movie, the suitably spooky ‘Hunter’s Moon’ video features creepy masked children, shadowy figures walking in woods and, of course, bloodcurdling Ghost leader Papa Emeritus IV (aka Tobias Forge) himself.

The Halloween Kills soundtrack is released on 15th October to coincide with the movie hitting the silver screen, and ‘Hunter’s Moon’ will get a single release on vinyl on 21st January featuring a B‑side by legendary composer John Carpenter.
Ghost recently announced an extensive co-headline North American tour with Volbeat for early 2022. There are currently no UK shows in the pipeline.
Earlier this month, Ghost premiered their cover of Metallica’s ‘Enter Sandman’ from the charity covers album ‘The Metallica Blacklist.’
