Anne-Marie has had quite the year so far, giving us an INCREDIBLE performance at The BRIT Awards 2022, as well as taking her second studio album 'Therapy' on tour! We caught up with the excited 'Beautiful' singer backstage as she joined us at Hits Live Liverpool on Friday 20th May 2022, where she revealed she still gets tingles when she performs!

Anne-Marie took to the stage to bring us some of her biggest hits, joining our incredible line-up including James Bay, Jax Jones, Tom Walker, Clean Bandit, Joel Corry, Becky Hill and George Ezra.

We caught up with the 'Friends' singer backstage, where she admitted that she still gets tingles when she performs on stage, telling us: "Oh absolutely! I get buzzing when there's like three people in the crowd!"

She then continued: "I love it! It's such an amazing thing, and I think stuff like this is really cool for the people because they get to see so many different people on stage. It's just a great experience!"

Anne-Marie also expressed how excited she was to perform at Hits Live Liverpool 2022, saying: "I'm excited because I just did my tour, which was arenas, and I have separation anxiety from seeing arenas in my eyes!

"So being here is fulfilling me!"

The singer has just got back from her 'Dysfunctional' Tour - a name for a tour in which she said: "describes me well!"

Anne-Marie had an absolute treat in store for her fans when she took to the stage at The BRIT Awards 2022 with Mastercard, as she joined forces with none other than rapper KSI, performing their smash hit 'Don't Play' - which was nominated for Song of The Year.

Looks absolutely stunning in her red sparkly dress, Anne-Marie rocked the stage at the prestigious ceremony. Although Anne-Marie and KSI lost out on the award to Adele, for her track 'Easy on Me', the pair gave us a performance to remember!

After stying out an unfortunate tumble on the stage at The BRITs, she joked to us: "Do you know what? I totally forgot about that!"

Praised for how she continued with her performance, Anne-Marie said: "It was crazy, I'm not gonna lie, like when I fell down, I thought 'there's two things I could do, I could stay down, and sing the whole thing on my knees, or just get back up and go'. And, luckily, I chose the latter, and I just went into some sort of crazy mode."
