BRIT nominated Tom Grennan has had a lot of success over the last few years, with songs like 'Let's Go Home Together' with Ella Henderson, 'By Your Side' with Calvin Harris, and 'Lionheart (Fearless)' with Joel Corry.

2023 was huge year for Tom, with the release of singles 'How Does It Feel' and 'Here', in addition to Tom's incredible performance at Glastonbury. He has now announced his biggest gig ever at Gunnersbury Park in London, which will take place in August 2024, as well as some more gigs for 2024.

With so many fantastic tracks, we thought we'd take a look at some of the singer's hits and find out more about the songs he's written.

How did Tom Grennan become famous?

Bedford-born singer-songwriter Tom first found fame as the guest vocalist on Chase & Status' 'All Goes Wrong', before going on to write and release his own music. In 2022 he received two BRIT Award nominations for British Song of the Year for 'Little Bit of Love', and Best Rock/Alternative Act.

What is Tom Grennan's latest song?

Tom latest song is called 'How Does It Feel?', the song was released on 5th May 2023 and at the time Tom told his fans: 'Swipe for a preview of my new single 👀 #HowDoesItFeel is out on May 5th 💚'. He later shared the music video which features him singing at one of his gigs.

He's also re-recorded the Gillette song, which is featured on the adverts. He took to Instagram to share some behind the scenes saying: 'Come with me and watch how I recorded the iconic 'The Best A Man Can Get' track with @gilletteuk! Click the link in my story to watch the full film. 🔗 💙'.

Tom Grennan's song 'Here'

Tom released 'Here' in January 2023 with a heartfelt statement. He told his fans: "With what’s going on in the world, with so many people struggling, affected financially, by Covid, by loads of different things, it’s one of those songs that helps you believe there is somebody in your life that is going to be there for you in the struggle.

"There’s the battle of everything. But when it’s shared with somebody else, you’re doing it together, not just on your own.

"So that’s what it’s about, if I’m here for you, then please be here for me."

What is Tom Grennan's collab with Joel Corry?

Tom's 'Lionheart (Fearless)' is a collab with Joel Corry. The pair released a music video which featured both artists, blindfolded, being taken to an unknown place in a forest and being put through their paces on an assault course.

Joel and Tom have been friends for a while now and in at interview with us, Joel told us about the possibility of a collab: "Me and Tom get on so well," he said. "And you know he came down for the day and yeah, we had a wicked day together and let's see what happens man."

What was Tom Grennan and KSI's collab called?

Tom teamed up with rapper KSI, on their new song 'Not Over Yet'. The song was released on 5th August 2022 and is the first time the pair have worked together on a track.

Tom Grennan - 'All These Nights'

Tom released 'All These Nights' on 15th July 2022. The singer amped up excitement over his new track on his socials, celebrating the release by writing: '🤯 All These Nights is OUT NOW 🤯 I’m honestly so proud of this song, I love it so much! I hope you love it just as much as I do 💚💚💚'.

Prior to his July release, Tom dropped his catchy track 'Remind Me'. The singer posted a short teaser video including a clip from the song on Instagram, revealing the song's name and release date.

He later revealed the song was inspired by his now fiancée Danniella. The singer told Rolling Stone Australia/NZ: "The engagement only happened the other day." He went on to say: "When I was writing ('Remind Me'), it was about reconnecting with somebody special.

"Now we’re back together, and I’m in love. She’s amazing, somebody who has changed my life completely. She’s my best mate."

2016: 'Something in the Water'

'Something in the Water' was Tom Grennan's debut single released in 2016, it was also the name of his debut EP released in the same year.

2017: 'Found What I've Been Looking For'

In 2017, Tom Grennan released 'Found What I've Been Looking For'. Although the song didn't enter the Top 40 in the UK it's very has been very popular on YouTube, with it receiving 14 million views to date.

2018: 'Something Better'

'Something Better' was featured on Tom's second album 'Evering Road'. In a statement released at the time he said: "When I wrote 'Something Better', it was a song about me smiling on the outside but dealing with a whirlwind of dark thoughts and distractions on the inside."
He went on to say: "Since Covid-19 and lockdown, the tables have turned! I'm smiling on the inside, and I'm constantly distracted with thoughts of the exciting, crazy and better future that is coming, and it's just around the corner!"

2021: 'Don't Break The Heart'

Tom Grennan released 'Don't Break The Heart' on 3rd September 2021. The song was about the loss of this friend's mum and in an interview with Essentially Pop he explained: "Recently I received the tragic news of a friend's mum's passing. It hit me hard watching him comprehend what had happened, trying to compute the madness and sadness of his new world now that his mum whom he loved so dearly had passed.
"It triggered memories for me of the loss of my cousin and best friend Alan when I was just a teenager, it broke so many of us. The song unravelled from me quite quickly. It was cathartic on many levels, thoughts of loss and heartbreak, dealing with the grief of death, or the breakdown of a relationship or friendship.
"These are all things that seem to have dominated my life in recent years, but sadly never get any easier to navigate. I'm grateful that the passing of time allows us to look back and remember the good times."

2021: 'Little Bit of Love'

In 2021, Tom Grennan released his first Top 10 UK hit, 'Little Bit of Love'. The song was a hit in a number of countries reaching Number 7 in the UK. The song was written by Tom and featured on his second album 'Evering Road'.
Speaking about his song to NME, he explained that it was about: "the mental struggle of moving on, or going back to a relationship".

2021: 'Let's Go Home Together' with Ella Henderson

'Let's Go Home Together' was a Top 10 hit in 2021 for Ella Henderson and Tom. Ella co-wrote the song with James Arthur and a songwriting team.
The music video shows Ella and Tom sitting separately with their own friends in a pub, before coming together after a few drinks. The song was a Top 10 hit for the pair in 2021.

2022: 'Remind Me'

'Remind Me' was released in May 2022 by Tom Grennan, along with the music video and lyric video.

2022: Tom Grennan and KSI ' Not Over Yet'

Tom Grennan and KSI teamed up for the first time on their collab 'Not Over Yet' released on 5th August 2022.

What songs has Tom Grennan written?

Tom Grennan has written a lot of his own songs, including his hits, 'Little Bit of Love' and 'By Your Side' with Calvin Harris. He has also written most of the songs on this albums 'Lighting Matches' and 'Evering Road'.

Tom Grennan's album 'Lighting Matches'

'Lighting Matches' was Tom Grennan's debut album released in 2018 following his three EPs, 'Something in the Water' (2016), 'Release the Brakes' (2017) and 'Found What I've Been Looking For' (2017).

'Lighting Matches' reached Number 5 in the UK and spawned several songs including, 'Royal Highness', 'I Might', 'Sober', 'Barbed Wire' and 'Run in the Rain'.

Tom Grennan's album 'Evering Road'

Tom Grennan released 'Evering Road' in March 2021, followed by a deluxe edition later in the year. The original release featured 'Little Bit of Love', with the deluxe edition featuring his hit with Ella Henderson, 'Let's Go Home Together'.

Tom Grennan's album 'What Ifs & Maybes'

Tom released his third album 'What Ifs & Maybes' in June 2023. The album consists of 14 tracks, including the singles 'Here', 'Remind Me' and 'All These Nights'.
