Love Island viewers had to triple look at their TV screens last night, when 2018 Islander Adam Collard was unveiled as the latest bombshell heading into the villa!
In what is a never-before-seen twist by producers, Adam has been sent in to create even more drama for this year's couples, and it already looks like he has his eyes on the likes of Paige Thorne, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Danica Taylor.
But just like they were back in 2018 whilst watching series four, viewers are shocked to learn Adam's actual age.
How old is Adam Collard from Love Island?
Adam was born in Newcastle on 26th October 1995, meaning he is currently 26-years-old.
Adam was just 22 when he appeared on the show in 2018, where he caused a stir by coupling up with four girls in a short space of time.
Fans were quick to share their shock at Adam's age online. One wrote: 'Adam Collard is only 26????? Huh'. (sic)
Another wrote: 'Adam collard is 26???? I thought he was at least 35 #LoveIsland', with a third adding: 'How in the HELL is that Adam Collard only 26?! He’s 36 stop lying #LoveIsland'.
A fourth then commented: 'I’m sorry but Adam Collard is only 26?? Can’t believe he was only 22 in the villa #LoveIsland'.
Is Adam Collard back on Love Island?
He sure is! In one of the biggest twists in Love Island history, bosses decided to bring back Adam as a bombshell to stir up drama in the 2022 series.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Adam's family wrote: 'Guess who’s back 👀'. (sic)
And it sounds like Adam isn't bothered about upsetting anybody in the villa, saying: "I’m going to ruffle a few feathers when I go in.”

On the preview for the episode, Adam can be seen getting to know Paige, who of course we all know is still fuming with Jacques for his behaviour during Casa Amor, despite his best efforts in recent days to get back into the good books.
Following a chat with Adam near the pool where Paige can't stop smiling, she says in the Beach Hut: “I feel like he has a lot of potential, he is ticking a good few of my boxes.”
However, it looks like Adam is also keen to get to know both Ekin-Su and Danica, and with his history from the 2018 series, we are certain he won't hold back!
