Liam Gallagher and more to perform live at The BRIT Awards 2022

Fresh from announcing his new single 'Everything's Electric', Liam Gallagher has been unveiled as one of the big-name artists performing live at The BRIT Awards with Mastercard 2022 next month.

This year’s BRIT Awards ceremony will take place at The O2 Arena on Tuesday 8th February live from The O2 Arena and it will be broadcast on ITV and ITV Hub.

Performing to millions of viewers at the ceremony will be Liam Gallagher, Ed Sheeran, Dave, Doja Cat, Holly Humberstone, and Little Simz.

Liam has also confirmed he will perform 'Everything's Electric' at the star-studded event.

This year fans have the chance to vote for the winners of the four new genre BRIT Awards for the 2022 ceremony - Alternative/Rock Act, Dance Act, Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act and Pop/R&B Act.

Powered by TikTok, the vote is open now at the dedicated voting hub and closes at 6pm on Thursday 3rd February.

Fans will get to decide on the outcome of the four brand new awards, which have been introduced to spotlight the incredible British talent creating music within these genres.

#BRITsTok launched on TikTok’s Discover page last month, giving us all the chance to see some brilliant fan and artist/BRIT nominee content. This includes Nathan Evans, Raye, Wolf Alice, Griff, Holly Humberstone and Joel Corry.

The official nominees for The BRIT Awards 2022 were announced back in December, including the likes of Sam Fender, Wolf Alice and Coldplay.

‘Everything’s Electric’ is the first taster of Liam Gallagher’s third solo album ‘C’mon You Know’, which is released via Warner Records on Friday 27th March 2022.

Gallagher will be hoping it’s his fourth consecutive Number 1 solo record following 2017’s ‘As You Were’, 2019’s ‘Why Me? Why Not.’ and his 2020 live album ‘MTV Unplugged (Live at Hull City Hall)’

Following the release of ‘C’mon You Know’, Liam Gallagher plays a series of shows this June including two sold-out gigs at Knebworth, a homecoming concert at Manchester Etihad Stadium and Glasgow Hampden Park.
