What is Say It Or Shot It?
The game works by Harriet and her guest(s) taking it in turns to ask each other some pretty personal questions. They can choose to either answer the question OR down a shot.
FYI, these are no ordinary shots... Harriet has cooked up some foul concoctions for the celebs (and herself) to drink. Think soy sauce, cold baked beans and of course straight vodka.

Harriet got GLAMMED up and took to the red carpet at the 2023 BRIT Awards to grab celebs for a game of Say It Or Shot It. She managed to play with Jessie J, Aitch, MNEK, Rina Sawayama, Charlie XCX, Ashnikko, Daisy Maskell, Kamille and more stars!
Chrishell Stause:
